Hello! مرحبا! Hallo! Hola!
I’m Gabriela — yes, you’ve probably read that name a few times already on this site. If you’re wondering what kind of designer/creative/human I am, here’s the quick version:
I’m a Venezuelan Designer who’s lived in five countries across the Americas, Europe, and the Middle East. I studied Film Production in Belfast (shoutout to moody skies and GoT), and during the early days of Covid — while quarantining solo for three months — I taught myself design. One year later, I landed my first design job (yay!).
Since then, I’ve worked at an agency in Barcelona, transitioned into freelance, and collaborated with global startups — especially in the US — like Inflow and Whose Your Landlord. Along the way, I’ve grown into a UI/UX and Product Designer who leads with curiosity, empathy, and a genuine love for what I do.
I even took a fitness coaching course once — mostly because I’m the kind of person who just has to understand how things work, whether it’s a muscle group or a messy user flow. That curiosity is always there, and I try to pour that same energy and care into everything I create.
